Talking Turkey
Every afternoon through September and October we saw a gaggle of turkeys walk through the field behind our office. Or was it? No, upon further research I found it was, in fact, a rafter of turkeys. Apparently you could also call what we saw a gang of turkeys, and still, according to Websters, be correct. Well, it’s November and Thanksgiving is here and that gang just doesn’t show anymore. Maybe they took to the road and hightailed it out of the country. Happy Thanksgiving!
